HOLIDAY 2024 SHOPALIX.COM RETURN POLICY: 

In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,

(from 10/17/24 to 01/27/25), you must return your item(s) by 01/28/25.

Items must be sent back in original condition - unworn, without tailoring, with tags attached.

Return in ShopAlix original shipping box or ShopAlix bubble mailer or a box. Returned items will not be accepted shipped in clear plastic bags. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We charge a $6.95 restocking fee for refunds on returns.

Returns on products purchased via Instagram DM's are store credit only.

BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS and CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED items are FINAL SALE

If item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they will be sent back to you.

Please note all provided labels are weight-based and we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred at time of shipment. 
2. RETURN IN STORE
 If more convenient, we would also love for you to visit us in person and gladly accept web returns at any of our stores. All refunds will be processed online, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be processed.
3. SHIP IT YOURSELF
If you'd like to ship your return yourself, please ship in original ShopAlix package or a box. Ship to the following address with Return Form included:

However, orders placed during a promotional sale are returnable, unless otherwise specified. In the case of spend-based promotions, returns may be subject to price adjustment if your return causes you to no longer meet the qualifications of the sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you please note that on your Return Form and include your email address. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
