In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. 

Items must be sent back in original condition - unworn, without tailoring, with tags attached.

Return in ShopAlix original shipping box or ShopAlix bubble mailer or a box. Returned items will not be accepted shipped in clear plastic bags. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $10 restocking fee is applied on returns requesting a refund. 

Exchanges and store credit (e-gift card) receive full amount of the purchased item.

Returns on products purchased via Instagram DM's are store credit only.

SALE, BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS and CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED items are FINAL SALE

If item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they will be sent back to you. 

**We're currently unable to accept returns for international orders through our return/exchange portal. Please contact our support team to complete your return, acblog@shopalix.com.

RETURN OPTIONS?

1. RETURN OR EXCHANGE 
If you wish to return or exchange your products, simply log in to your ShopAlix.com customer account. Select RETURN REQUEST, select item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may add items for exchange, choose credit/e-gift card or *refund (a $10 restocking fee charge for refund requests).
For exchange: In the NOTE field list item(s) you would like in exchange. Include product name or sku, color, and size. The exchange item will be shipped once we receive the returned item(s).
For store credit via an e-gift card: In the NOTE field comment E-GIFT CARD. An e-gift card will be issued to your email when we receive your return.

Please note all provided labels are weight-based and we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred at time of shipment. 

2. RETURN IN STORE
 If more convenient, visit us in person and we will gladly accept web returns at any of our stores. 
All refunds will be processed online, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be processed.

3. SHIP IT YOURSELF
If you'd like to ship your return yourself, please ship in original ShopAlix package or a box.

SALE ITEMS?

All sale items noted as Final Sale are FINAL SALE.  No exceptions in store or online. 

However, orders placed during a promotional sale are returnable, unless otherwise specified. In the case of spend-based promotions, returns may be subject to price adjustment if your return causes you to no longer meet the qualifications of the sale.

GIFTS?

Congratulations, your gift giver has great taste! However, we want you to love your new piece. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you please note this on your Return Form and include your email address. Once the returned item is received, an egift card will be emailed to you.
